1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS - Healing Psychic Voodoo Apparel & Alchemy
This includes: Hoodies, t-shirts, dresses, pants, shoes, slides, beanies, headbands, Under Armour items, pet bowls, water bottles, cutting boards, shower curtains, notebooks, calendars, and all other apparel/accessories.
Return Window: 14 days from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
• With all original tags and packaging attached
• Not a custom, made-to-order, or print-on-demand item that was made specifically for you
Non-Returnable Physical Items:
• Customized or personalized items
• Intimate apparel: bikinis, bodysuits, underwear
• Items worn, washed, or with signs of perfume/smoke
• Items marked Final Sale or On Sale
• Pet products, water bottles, and hygiene-sensitive items once opened
How to Start a Return:
1. Email us at [email protected] or use the contact form on our site within 14 days with your order number and photos of the item.
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions. Do not ship without authorization.
3. Ship the item back at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

This includes: Meditation Classes, Deep Psychic Readings, Stop Gossip Spell, Contact The Dead, and any other spellwork, energy work, or digital files.
All Sales Final. Due to the nature of spiritual, psychic, and energetic work:
• Once a reading is delivered, a spell/ritual is cast, or a class/link/file is accessed, it cannot be returned, reversed, or refunded.
• You are paying for time, energy, labor, and spiritual expertise, not a guaranteed outcome.
• If you purchased a meditation class or digital download and have not accessed it, contact us within 24 hours for review.
We will make exceptions only for duplicate purchases or a proven technical issue that prevented delivery.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
We take quality seriously. If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong size/item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, your order number, and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. We may ask you to keep or discard the damaged item.
4. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
• Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time.
• Exchanges: If you need a different size, start a return for the original item and place a new order for the size you need. This ensures you get it quickly.
• Restocking: We do not charge a restocking fee, but we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
