Have you ever noticed how different colors have different effects on different people? Your favorite color (s) can say a lot about your personality and traits. Color plays a very important role in our lives and can unconsciously tell others what and how we feel and see things based on the colors we choose to wear on a daily basis;but we’re just getting started. 
An example of the effects of color:Scientists have studied that taking tests in rooms painted red caused more anxiety and in blue rooms, students felt more depression. Color can also affect performance. Notice that in most schools, especially in preschools and elementary schools the walls are painted bright and cheery colors and the students are happier and functioning better. 
Gemstones play an important role in healing too, not just because of their natural healing frequencies but their color.

YELLOW-activates the motor nerves and generates energy in the muscles, eliminates depression and helpful for the intellect. BLUE-very peaceful and relaxing and has the capability to draw one out of the physical world and up into the spiritual world. The negative qualities of blue are shown in depression, self-pity, fear, coldness, detachment and indifference, while the positive aspects include wisdom, gentleness, trust, understanding and forgiveness
INDIGO-works on the parathyroid glands, but depresses the thyroid. Indigo helps the inflamed eyes and ears,, and has been used to treat pneumonia. Misuse of the energy from indigo can result in pride, separateness, conceit, gossip, deceit and irritability. The positive aspect helps bring about qualities like unity, calm, balance, humanitarian and world service. Can also act as a catalyst.
VIOLET-controls the pituitary gland and helps insomnia. Used to treat sciatica, meningitis and epilepsy. Misuse of the violet color can result in obsession, martyrdom, injustice, intolerance and restriction. Wise use of the qualities of violet reveals mercy, devotion, loyalty, idealism, wisdom and grace. Violet represents the highest element in human nature.

Mediums are people mediate communication between spirits of the dead and living human beings. A few ways that a psychic or medium may manifest contact with spirit may be through listening and/or hearing, sensing, seeing spirits or symbols. Some channeling signs may be change of eye color, walk, voice, out of ordinary behavior etc. Some, if not all, psychics and/or mediums possess multiple abilities naturally. They may listen to and relay messages from spirits or they can allow a spirit to control their body by speaking through it directly or by using automatic writing or drawing. 
MENTAL STATE (PSYCHOLOGY) OF MEDIUMS Mediums may share similarities with people suffering from a pathological condition called dissociative or multiple personality disorder. One famous case would be Dr. Jekyll and his monstrous alter ego, Mr. Hyde. 
The change of personalities is beyond conscious control, and the victim has no memory of what the secondary personality says or does. This personality may arise when in the wake of severe emotional shock of tragic experiences. The victim represses certain memories and feelings and physical symptoms such as headache, amnesia and insomnia may occur before the new personality appears. 

It is necessary to program crystals. Crystals can download any information or purpose you give or speak into it. To program a crystal you can simply just talk to it (there are other ways to charge a crystal too but we’ll get to it in the next series). Think of the crystal as a microphone. The crystal reacts to the vibrations to the body and in the hand you are holding it in. It functions on the energies from the physical body of the programmer. It receives the vibrations, amplifies them and then broadcasts outward in spiral waves. 
However, after programming, it is best to keep close to the body such as worn as a necklace or put in the pocket unless it is used for specific places like home or business or other purposes. 

Crystals are like tape recorders, they repeat programmed vibrations, therefore constantly reminding the body and its components of the original intent, keeping the goal constantly active while you may be occupied with other tasks.
